Q: Do you like fantasy or realistic books?

Both.

Sometimes I need a check with reality. Particularly when I'm feeling down or alone --  a good book that deals with life's troubles reminds me I'm human. Everyone has ups and downs.

Of course, like any avid reader, I also like to escape to strange lands. Fantasy books are a cheap way to travel that can take you to destinations beyond your wildest imagination.

So, yeah... I need to read and review both.

    I read fantasy for the most part! Of course in a way 98% of my books are all paranormal type reads. But I was perceiving these definitions oddly! Realistic I took to mean as a setting, so most of my Paranormal reads are in a real world type setting and not something totally made up.

    I guess I can basically say in short, I don't read contemps, but I read fantasy reads with a realistic setting!

    I read both fantasy and contemporary, but I prefer the fantasy over the other.

    I read both too, although seeing as the realistic books that I read are all thrillers, mysteries and espionage stories, I don't know how well they fit into the realistic category.
