Q: If you could only have One book -- one book -- for the rest of your life. What would it be?
For me, easy, Little Women. It's one of my childhood's favorites that I still turn to every now and then. It has romance, heartbreak, sibling rivalry, a saint of a mother, and a Teddy.
I really enjoyed it when I was younger, in elementary school, but I just read it for summer reading this year, and I could not get into it. Thanks for stopping by, new follower!
ReplyDeleteYes! Little Women is the first book I read with a great sister dynamic in it. Awesome choice.

Wonderful choice, one of my favorites. I read it as an adult and connected to it more as a mother than I did when I tried to read it as a kid!

I loved Little Women sooo much. I need to re-read it. It's been a few years. I remember being surprised that I liked it!

Little Women is an awesome one...coming from a family of four sisters, I relate. My all time favorites are so many...on an impulse, my choice would be North and South by Elizabeth Gaskell. My blog MINA'S BOOKSHELF http://minadecaro.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteGreat answer! I've loved that book for years. Thanks for sharing! Old follower.
ReplyDeleteGood choice! I love the book and the classic movie and the modern one as well!
